“Be a lamp, or a lifeboat, or a ladder. Help someone’s soul heal. Walk out of your house like a shepherd.”

Transformation through Exploration

Most of us don’t just pop out of the womb knowing what we’re supposed to do with our lives. We gotta go out there and figure it out for ourselves.

Most creatures belong to a certain soul squad and are born with an innate sense of what they’re supposed to do in life. Animals go about their day, finding food, taking care of themselves and their babies, and making a home. No one has to tell them to do it, they just know. But for humans, it’s a different story. We don’t usually come out of the womb with a clear understanding of our purpose.

So, like, the whole point of life is to find your purpose, right? When you know what you’re here for, it’s like everything just clicks into place. But finding your purpose isn’t a piece of cake. you gotta put yourself out there, try new things, and let yourself grow. It’s a journey, not a destination.

Your purpose in life is unique, just like you are, and it can change as you grow and experience new things. You don’t need anyone’s approval to follow your dreams and find your purpose in life. No one else can tell you what your purpose is; it’s something you need to figure out for yourself. Finding and fulfilling your purpose can take a lifetime, but it’s worth the effort. To figure out what your purpose is, ask yourself what makes you tick. What makes you jump out of bed in the morning excited to start the day? What are you passionate about?

Think about activities that you’re into or a career that would make you fired up! These things can help you find your purpose and make you feel really good about yourself.

Imagine working on projects that don’t excite you or help you grow as a person, but they pay the bills. Picture yourself doing this day after day. How would that make you feel? Now, imagine spending your time on projects that get you excited, that make your heart race, and that you can’t wait to work on. These are probably things that you’re meant to be doing with your life.

You won’t regret spending time on things that are important to you. If you live your life with a purpose, you’ll feel like you’re making a difference and have control over your choices. Every action and intentional decision you make will have a purpose.

Plant the Seed . . .

Cultivate The Seed

We can find peace within us like a seed we can always turn to for comfort and tranquility.

In our loud and crazy world, we often wish for some peace and quiet. We think that we need to go somewhere special, like a religious site or a quiet building, to feel at peace. But what if I told you that you don’t have to wait until you get to one of those places? You can find peace right inside yourself! It’s like a little seed that you can grow into a big, strong plant that will always be there for you, no matter where you are.

Have you noticed how we sometimes get caught up in a frenzy of anxiety and forget to just chill? It’s like our minds are on a constant roller coaster ride, never finding a moment of calm. But guess what? You can find peace, even in the midst of all your chaos. Just take a few minutes to focus on yourself, clear your head, and let go of all the worries. It’s like hitting the pause button on life and just being in the present moment. So, don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you decide to relax. Make time for yourself, find your inner zen, and let the peace flow like a river. It’s a game-changer, trust me!

So, ideally, you’d make some time each day to just chill and think about your inner peace. You know, just vibe and feel all the calm around you. It’s not easy to let go of your worries, though, so don’t be harsh on yourself if it takes some time. Just take a deep breath and let all those worries melt away with every exhale. Tell yourself that you’ll deal with everything you need to later, but right now, you’re just taking a break and enjoying the moment.

When your mind is racing with thoughts and worries, it feels like a big mess, right? But, guess what? You have the power to clear all that up and feel serene. Just take a deep breath, and let yourself sink deeper into that relaxed state. It might take some practice, but the more you do it, the easier it’ll be to feel calm and peaceful. So, let’s give it a try, shall we? To help calm the mind Try These!

Give Your Anger Purpose

Transform Your Anger Into Light

If you’ve got anger that just won’t go away, you can let the earth take care of it. The earth can change it – into something else and give it a new purpose.

So, anger is a thing we all gotta deal with, right? And sometimes, it’s like a volcano ready to erupt. But hey, there’s a way to let that anger out in a healthy way – give it to Mother Earth! Yeah, I know it sounds kinda weird, huh? But imagine this: stand there, feet firmly planted on the ground, and feel the energy just flow right through you and into the earth below. It’s like a natural way to release that pent-up frustration.

When we get mad, our energy goes straight to the core of the Earth. It’s like it becomes part of the planet’s growth process. And guess what? It changes from negative to positive, from dark to light. That’s right! Trust me, it’s like our anger goes on a magical journey inside the Earth. So go ahead, release that anger to Mother Earth. She’ll take care of it and turn it into light. No need to feel guilty about it either. She’s got your back!

Here’s the thing: we can offer our energy from anywhere, whether you’re in a high-rise building or on a boat in the middle of the ocean. The earth is always there, supporting and providing for us. If you can get outside and touch some real, unpaved ground, that can help you connect with nature’s energy. And when you’ve let go of your anger, it’s easier to receive that positive, calming, healing energy that fills your body.

First, sit down and take some deep breaths. Then, ask Mother Earth to take your anger away. Imagine it flowing down your spine, out of your tailbone, and into the earth’s core. Finally, don’t forget to thank the earth for being so awesome and helping you out.

When we deal with our anger, we realize it’s like any other energy that can be used for good or bad. During your meditation, we may get some ideas on how to put this energy to the best use.

So, I’ve got this theory that the earth can help us clean up our messed-up energy and put it to good use. Like, when we do this with a thankful heart, we know we aren’t taking advantage of the earth for our selfish needs. Instead, we’re vibing with the energy of our home planet, and it’s this whole give-and-take thing where we take care of the earth, and it takes care of us. It’s a pretty cool cycle, right?

Let’s show our planet some love, just like it shows us every day!

I go to a local park and stand on this beautiful tree root – I let go of all my frustrations and anger, I have been practicing this for over a year.

Purpose is a much more powerful aim than passion

Sometimes it’s cool to look beyond what tickles your fancy and think about how what you care about affects the big picture. It’s way more motivating than just being passionate about something. Plus, when you’re passionate about helping others, your love for what you do goes to the next level. And sometimes, it can even be what gets you excited about something in the first place.

In the realm of passions, if there’s one shortcut that could skip the whole interest development part, it would be following a calling that’s connected to a higher purpose. Like, when you feel a deep need to contribute to something meaningful and it just makes you want to jump in with both feet. And once you start feeling a sense of fulfillment, you just go all in and try to get better at it. That’s pretty much how passions are born, no long boring journey is required.

This is why I believe “discovering your PURPOSE” is a much better aim.

Focus on creating the positive change that only you can bring about.

Your passion will come naturally from that.

Reflections of Self

REFLECTIONS OF SELF

Folks you vibe with will show you who you are deep down, and you do the same for them too, like a mirror.

When we check out other folks, we see a bunch of their stuff mixed up in all sorts of different ways. It might seem like it’s all over the place, but actually, the things we see in other people are connected to the stuff that’s going on inside us.

The whole “like attracts like” thing is a big deal in the spiritual world. It means we tend to attract people into our lives who are similar to us. Those people we feel drawn to are kind of like mirrors, reflecting our inner selves to us. And, guess what? We’re mirrors for them too!

In short, when you look at others, you tend to see your qualities in them. When you see something beautiful, divine, sweet, or light in someone else, it’s a reflection of the goodness within yourself.

If you find yourself getting worked up about things other people do, it might be because you see parts of yourself that you don’t like or don’t recognize in them.

The people in your life are like mirrors, reflecting your self at you. What you see in others says a lot about who you are. For example, the traits you don’t like in others are often the same ones you don’t like in yourself.

It’s tricky to recognize the traits we have that are similar to those of others. Our unconscious issues and things we haven’t dealt with are often closely linked to the habits, attitudes, and behaviors of others.

When you meet someone you like, think about the qualities you admire in them and see if you have those qualities too. On the other hand, when you meet someone who has traits you don’t like, it’s like looking in a mirror and seeing your flaws. Looking at yourself through the way you see others can be a real eye-opener and make you more self-aware.

Hey! Just be nice and respectful to everyone, and folks will show you the same love and respect in return. Be kind and understanding, and let the good you see in others be a reflection of yourself.

This mindset can mess with our heads and lead us to push ourselves too hard, get impatient, and doubt ourselves. We become so obsessed with the goals that we forget to enjoy the process. It can eventually lead to burnout or even worse, getting hurt.

What’s Your Gut Telling You?

Our gut instincts can tell us a lot about our emotions and what’s going on, you know?

It’s like, our stomachs are always in the know.

You know how sometimes we have feelings we wanna express, but we end up keeping them all bottled up inside? It’s like our bellies become the storage space for all those unexpressed emotions. Instead of sharing how we really feel with others or even admitting it to ourselves, we just push those feelings deep down. They stay there, taking up space until we’re finally ready to let them out.

Bottling up our feelings might seem like the easy way out, but it’s not healthy for our emotions or our bodies. I’ve got a pretty cool tip to help you get in touch with your emotions and let them go. It involves focusing on your stomach area.

First, take a few deep breaths and meditate for a bit. This will help you relax and clear your mind. Then, place your right hand on your stomach and say to yourself, “Please show me my real feelings.” Repeat this three times.

Listen to your body for any responses. How does your stomach feel? Is it warm and relaxed, or do you feel any tightness or knots? These physical reactions can tell you a lot about your emotions.

You can do this exercise as often as you want. The more you do it, the deeper you’ll connect with your body and your feelings. If you want, you can even write down any insights or answers that come to you.

Remember, your body doesn’t lie. It can tell you a lot about what’s going on inside. So trust your gut and let your emotions flow!

Letting go of all those pent-up feelings inside us can keep us healthy and allow us to live more authentic and expressive lives. If we hold on to too much emotional energy, it can build up and eventually explode in a way that’s not good for us. One way to let go of this pressure is to do an exercise that combines movement and sound.

The more grunting and groaning you do, the more feelings you’re likely to let loose. Letting go of your feelings from your gut doesn’t have to be painful and hard; it can be totally easy. Don’t judge whatever comes up for you. We often hide our feelings deep down when we’re ashamed of them or not ready to share them.

Hey you! It’s okay to have feelings, no matter what they are. You can’t control them, but you can help yourself by recognizing and accepting them. This will help you let go and move on.

Positive thinking is like a magic wand that boosts your odds of winning in whatever you do.

Hey, have you ever thought about how your thoughts are not just like fluffy clouds floating around in your brain? No, they are so much more significant than that! The words and ideas we dwell on have the power to shape our lives, both positively and negatively. They can propel us towards success and happiness or pull us into a downward spiral of failure and sadness. It’s like, whoa! Our thoughts pack a punch, you know?

Your thoughts and feelings are like the secret ingredients in your success recipe. They can make or break your chances of seeing opportunities, doing your best, and reaching your goals. So, stay mindful and in tune with yourself, ’cause your mental game is a serious game-changer.

Keep your head up focus on the positive vibes, and watch how things start to change for the better. You’ll feel like you’re in control, and life’s challenges won’t seem like a big deal anymore. That’s because you’ll always expect good things to happen. And guess what? Being optimistic isn’t just wishful thinking; it’s a real mindset that can make a difference.

Look, staying upbeat doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to problems or faking it like everything’s peachy. It’s all about shining the spotlight on stuff that makes you feel good and helps you progress, you dig?

Listen up! Positive thinking is like a secret weapon that makes you unstoppable. When you believe in yourself and your ability to crush your goals, you stay calm and focused on finding solutions instead of getting hung up on problems. It’s like having a cheat sheet for success!

You’re likelier to imagine amazing results and trash those ideas of giving up, failing, or facing challenges. Your mind is super powerful and finds what it expects. So, keep a positive mindset and see how it attracts success, like a magnet!

If you wanna feel happy, healthy, and accomplished, here’s a secret: You gotta have a positive attitude! It may sound like a no-brainer, but it’s more than just changing your perspective—it’s a complete shift in your mindset. Whenever a negative thought tries to sneak into your head, zap it away and replace it with something upbeat. Keep at it, and eventually, your mind will be like, “Peace out negative thoughts, you’re outta here!” and move on like a boss.

You have the magic to make your life as awesome, chill, and successful as you want it to be. Staying positive might not flip your world upside down overnight, but it’s gonna lift your spirits and make things feel a whole lot brighter. If you want that positive thinking to work its magic, you gotta make it your go-to way of thinking. When you fully commit to that positive mindset, you’ll start to believe that you can conquer anything you set your mind to.

All Energy Vibrates

Vibration Essense

All energy vibrates, water is the universal carrier of vibrational imprints

Much like yourself, the things you come across all have their own stories to share. That’s because the people who owned them before have left their mark, like a vibe or energy, on them.

Listen up! Our bodies give off energy like crazy, and every time we touch or hang around an object, we leave behind a vibe. It’s like these imprints are memories, emotions, or feelings that stick to the thing. Just like you, all the stuff you come across has its own story to tell.

Have you heard of psychometry? It’s like this crazy ability to tap into an object’s past and learn all about the people and stuff it’s been around. It’s like the objects are telling their own stories, man.

Just think about it. That old house that always feels creepy and cold? Maybe it witnessed some tragic event back in the day. Or that childhood toy that always brings a smile to your face? It’s probably got some good vibes attached to it.

The cool thing is, that everyone has this psychometric power inside them. It’s just a matter of tapping into it and letting the objects share their secrets. . . their stories.

So, you know how everything around us has its unique vibe? Well, psychometry is all about tapping into those vibes, like tuning into a radio station. It’s all about getting on the same wavelength as the stuff around you.

Check it out! You know how some people can like, totally read the vibes of objects? It’s called psychometry, and it’s all about using stuff like jewelry or watches to tap into the energy of their owners. These things are always on the owner, so they soak up all kinds of info. When someone with the gift of psychometry touches an object, they can pick up on feelings, places, and even events that are tied to the owner.

Emotions can be pretty easy to pick up on, but it takes some practice to get good at it. If you wanna work on your skills, find a quiet place and sit down, palms up. Have a friend put one of their favorite things in your non-dominant hand, and just let your mind wander. Whatever comes to you – images, sounds, feelings – tell your friend about it or write in your journal.

Just hold an object or place it on your forehead, sit in silence and you’ll be able to feel its history and experience all the emotions, sounds, tastes, smells, and images that have gone on around it so far.

It’s this cool ability where people can pick up on the history and vibes of objects by touching them. It’s usually done with small stuff that’s been close to the owner, but it works on big stuff too, like houses and cars. Freaky, right?

So, let’s say you get your hands on an object with a story. You can tap into its memories and learn all sorts of crazy stuff. It’s like the object is whispering secrets in your ear. And the best part? The more you know about the object, the more memories you can unlock. It’s like a treasure trove of info waiting to be discovered.

Elevate Your Mental Well-being Through Organizing

Hello friends! I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share something that has had a big positive impact on my life, and I think you might find it helpful too.

It’s all about being more mindful. I know, I know, it sounds like something out of a self-help book, but it’s helped me to be more present and appreciate the little things in life.

There are a few things I do to practice mindfulness:

  • I try to focus on my breath when I’m feeling stressed or anxious.
  • I take a few minutes each day to just sit and be still in total silence.
  • I pay attention to the small details of my day, like the smell of coffee in the morning or the sound of birds singing and my princess-Kitty purring.

It’s not always easy to be mindful, but it’s worth it. I feel more relaxed and centered when I make an effort to be present.

Organizing is often seen as a practical thing, but it can have a big impact on our mental health. It’s not just about decluttering physical spaces; it’s about creating an environment that promotes clarity, peace, and a sense of control.

When our surroundings are organized, it can help us to feel more in control of our lives. It can also reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, a clean and organized space can be more conducive to productivity and creativity.

If you’re looking to improve your mental health, consider decluttering and organizing your space. It may just make a big difference.

Here are some ways in which organizing can contribute to your mental health:

  • 1. Reduced Stress Levels: A clutter-free space promotes a sense of order and reduces the visual chaos that can lead to feelings of overwhelm. When we know where things are, we can approach tasks with greater ease and reduced stress.
  • 2. Enhanced Productivity and Focus: An organized environment allows us to focus on the task at hand without distractions. This can lead to increased productivity and a greater sense of accomplishment.
  • 3. Boosted Mental Clarity: A clutter-free space corresponds to a clutter-free mind. When we remove physical distractions, we create mental space for creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • 4. Improved Time Management: A well-organized schedule and workspace can help you allocate your time more efficiently. This leads to a greater sense of control over your day-to-day activities.
  • 5. Promotes Mindfulness and Well-being: Engaging in the process of organizing encourages a mindful approach to our surroundings. It allows us to appreciate the present moment and take pride in our environment.
  • 6. Facilitates Goal Achievement: A clutter-free space allows you to visualize your goals more clearly. It’s easier to set and track progress towards your objectives when your surroundings support your ambitions.
  • 7. Creates a Relaxing Sanctuary: Coming home to an organized and tidy space can be incredibly calming. It provides a sanctuary where you can unwind, recharge, and find peace.

If you want to learn more about this, I’d be happy to share some practical tips and resources to get you started. Just remember, it’s not about being perfect, but about creating a space that works for you and your needs.

Here’s to a smooth and well-planned journey to better mental health!
